I’m James Mramor, a REALTOR® with Real Broker, and I’m passionate about helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives with confidence and ease.

I’m a proud husband and dad to two awesome little guys, and when I’m not working, you’ll usually find me cooking or BBQing on the smoker, playing golf or baseball, or spending quality time with my family. I’m an all-around lover of life and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.

My real estate journey began in 2006 in White Rock, BC. After relocating to Alberta, I spent about seven years working in the oil and gas industry before returning to real estate full-time in 2017. Today, I proudly serve clients in Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Parkland County, Edmonton, and surrounding areas.

What truly sets my business apart is that it’s a family-run operation. My wife, Cassie, works alongside me as my Transaction Coordinator, handling the administrative and behind-the-scenes details that keep everything running smoothly. Together, we operate as a dedicated husband-and-wife team, ensuring our clients receive exceptional communication, organization, and support from start to finish.
